We want you to absolutely love your Fortuna jewelry. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 10-day return window starting from the date of delivery. Returns are applicable only on unused, non-customized items and must be sent back in their original packaging along with the IGI certificate. The product should be in its original condition to qualify for a refund. Refunds for online payments (UPI/Credit Card) will be processed via Razorpay, while COD order refunds will be issued through UPI or bank transfer, typically within 7–10 working days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
