• Delivery Locations: We currently ship only within India.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5-6 business days. Customized items may require additional time.

• Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination. Remote areas may take up to 10 days or more.

• Shipping Charges: A ₹200 flat shipping fee applies to all doorstep deliveries (excluding COD orders).

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders up to ₹20,000 with free delivery. Orders above ₹20,000 must be prepaid and are eligible for returns within 10 days of receiving the item.

• Secure Packaging: Every item is packed in a tamper-proof, insured package to ensure safe delivery.

• Delays: While we partner with reliable couriers, unforeseen delays (weather, regional restrictions, etc.) may occur. We’ll keep you informed at every step.
